Dagbani Wikimedia Community End-of-Year Annual Report 2023

As we reflect on the past year, the Dagbani Wikimedia Community stands proud of the milestones achieved collectively. In February, the user group participated in Wiki Loves Folklore 2023 in Ghana. From April to June, we documented the biographies of the 275 parliamentarians of the 8th Parliament of the 4th Republic of Ghana and improved their Wikidata items. A satellite Wikimania watch party brought us together in August. From October to November, we documented the biographies of the 275 parliamentarians of the 8th Parliament of the 4th Republic of Ghana and improved their Wikidata items. Also, our community participated in the Dagbani Translate Wiki initiative, where we translated the most used words on translatewiki.net (open-source Wiki software). As the year draws close, our community actively participated in the Wiki World Heritage Intangible Contest in December.
